Acceptance of the Privacy Policy

Purpose and legitimacy: attention and management of the consultation made by the USER who completes the Personal Data of the Contact Form. If the USER gives his/her consent, the contact data will be used to send him/her commercial information.

Rights: Access, rectification, opposition, deletion, portability, limitation of processing, not to be subject to automated decisions, as indicated in the additional information.

Warranty agreement

The user of the platform (hereinafter, the "INNOVATOR") hereby accepts the following:
FIRST.- That, the INNOVATOR allows the BRIGAID CONNECT ASSOCIATION (hereinafter, the "Platform") to publish on its website the project or projects developed entirely and owned by the INNOVATOR (hereinafter, the "Project" or the "Projects") with the aim of transferring them
to the market.
SECOND.- That the INNOVATOR guarantees that the Project or Projects are original, that they do not violate the Intellectual and Industrial Property regulations and undertakes to support the PLATFORM against any possible liability to third parties in case of infringement of any of these regulations by the Project or Projects.
THIRD.- That this Agreement shall have an indefinite duration in time, remaining as established herein even after the termination of the activities between the Parties and the elimination of all information by the PLATFORM of the Project or Projects of the INNOVATOR.
FOURTH.- That the Intellectual and Industrial Property of the Project or Projects, in any case, remains unalterable in the person of the INNOVATOR, there being no transfer of the same to the PLATFORM.
FIFTH.- That the INNOVATOR authorizes the PLATFORM to use its logos, trade names and trademarks on its website or other advertising media for the sole purpose of promoting or informing about the Project. Likewise, the PLATFORM may publish a descriptive text of the Project or Projects carried out as a success story. Any use other than the above shall require the express and formal approval of the INNOVATOR.
SIXTH.- In any case, the INNOVATOR undertakes to exempt the PLATFORM from any liability of the PLATFORM for possible claims by third parties, either for having infringed any regulations relating to Industrial or Intellectual Property, or for breach of the duty of business secrecy, or any type of infringement that may be included in this framework for the Protection of Confidential Information and Industrial or Intellectual Property Rights, as well as claims of any kind relating to the INNOVATOR's Project or Projects managed through the PLATFORM.
SEVENTH.- In the event that any third party files legal actions or claims of any kind against the PLATFORM, the INNOVATOR undertakes to cover all costs arising from such legal actions or third party claims.
