The innovation is aimed at reducing the impact of global warming through a complex system technology to restore and increase soil fertility.
Climate-Related Hazards Addressed:
- Heavy precipitation / pluvial floods
- Droughts
- Heatwaves
- Reducing water use in agricultural enterprises
Specific Problems Solved:
1. Reducing water consumption for agriculture
2. Enhancing soil resistance to drought
3. Transitioning atmospheric carbon into soil carbon
4. Improving soil structure
5. Increasing soil moisture content
6. Preventing soil erosion
7. Boosting soil fertility
8. Mitigating global warming
9. Accumulating soil carbon
10. Reducing soil carbon emissions
See more information about this level and the TRL and SRL levels.
The system’s main components have been individually tested, and an initial integration has been completed.
We improve the soil structure. We make soil hardness from 0 to 14 kg/cm2 = excellent. Or from 14 – 21 kg/cm2 = good. We diversify the microbiota in the soil and increase the amount of plant residues for further mineralization. We increase the indicators of the total moisture capacity of the soil, which is necessary to calculate the water absorption capacity without the formation of surface runoff, to determine the water yield capacity of the soil, the height of the rise of groundwater during heavy rains and droughts. We provide monitoring of vegetation indices, moisture indices, growth analysis, pest and disease phase development forecast with EOSDA Crop Monitoring digital tool. We are constantly improving it. In this way, we provide intelligent farming with consumption monitoring and ensure sustainable agriculture.
The innovation was developed independently as a complex application of various individual innovations that have already been proven to work. We tested almost everyone in different combinations and studied their application by other farms. The new is the well-forgotten old.
Constant and regular use. Understanding the philosophy of technology. Smart management.
